This Privacy Policy explains how AIRIDEV ("AIRIDEV", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Candy Factory Tycoon: Merge (the "Game") on Android devices.
This Policy describes our data practices. Where applicable law requires consent or another legal basis for particular processing, we and our service providers use applicable privacy and consent mechanisms.
The Game does not require an AIRIDEV account, email address, password, or phone number to play.
The Game uses third-party SDKs and Google Play services to operate, analyze, monetize, diagnose, and improve the Game. Depending on the service, device settings, region, consent choices, and service configuration, the following categories of information may be processed:
The player's display name and game progress are stored locally on the device and are not synced or transmitted to an AIRIDEV-operated cloud or server.
AIRIDEV does not require your real name, email address, phone number, postal address, password, or payment card details to play. Payment details are handled by Google Play.
The Game uses the following third-party services. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Used to serve and measure banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Depending on region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's requirements, AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device and technical information, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data. Used to send push notifications. FCM may process device registration tokens and technical information necessary to route and deliver notifications. Used to process in-app purchases. Google handles payment credentials. AIRIDEV does not receive or store full payment card details. The Game may receive purchase status and product information needed to grant, restore, or validate purchases. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Used to provide eligible users with a Google Play rating or review flow inside the Game. The review flow, ratings, and reviews are handled by Google Play under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices. Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, which may include Remove Ads, a Starter Pack, Diamond Packs, and Cash Packs. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
The Remove Ads product removes the advertisements specified in the product description shown in the Game. Optional rewarded advertisements may remain available where the player chooses to watch them in exchange for an in-game reward. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies.
Where required, the Game uses Google's privacy and consent mechanisms to request or manage advertising choices. Personalized advertising availability depends on applicable law, region, consent status, device settings, and Google's requirements. You may also manage advertising choices through Google My Ad Center or supported Android settings. Exact device menu paths may vary.

The Game uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications, which may include reminders or information about gameplay, rewards, events, or other Game-related activity. Notification delivery is handled through Firebase/Google infrastructure. AIRIDEV does not store or use individual FCM registration tokens outside Firebase/Google infrastructure. You can manage or disable notification permissions through Android settings.
AIRIDEV does not sell personal data for money.
The Game does not currently use an AIRIDEV-operated account database or player-profile server.
AIRIDEV does not operate its own player account database for the current version of the Game. Information processed by Google services is retained according to applicable service settings and Google policies.
The Game is not intended to be directed primarily to children. AIRIDEV does not knowingly request a child's real name, email address, phone number, or other direct contact information through the Game.
AIRIDEV configures the Game's Google Play target audience, content rating, advertising, and privacy practices in accordance with the audience selected in Google Play Console and applicable Google Play policies. If the selected target audience includes children, AIRIDEV will apply applicable Google Play Families requirements.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal data, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
Residents of the EEA, United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions may exercise applicable rights by contacting AIRIDEV at devsupport@airidev.com. Because much of the information described in this Policy is processed through Google services, some requests may also need to be handled through Google's privacy tools.
You may remove locally stored Game data using Android's app storage controls or by uninstalling the Game. Device backup or restore features may affect whether some local data is restored.
AIRIDEV uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Game and relies on established service providers. Data transmitted to integrated Google services is protected in transit using supported encrypted connections, such as TLS. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google and its service infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, the relevant service provider applies legal mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers as described in its privacy and data protection documentation.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, integrated services, legal requirements, or our data practices. The Last Updated date will be revised when this Policy changes. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing begins.
The Game's current core experience does not require users to visit third-party websites. The services described in this Policy are integrated SDKs or platform services. Provider privacy and support links are included for transparency and are governed by the relevant provider.
